Brian Copley,
General Manager

Brian has 30 years of experience in the solid waste and recycling industry. Brian is responsible for vehicle maintenance, safety training of all employees and DOT compliance, as well as assisting route operations in efficiencies and logistics. In previous endeavors, he has been an Operations, General and Division manager for companies like BFI (now Republic Waste), Waste Management, Western Disposal and United Site Services. He has operated two solid waste transfer stations and recycle centers.

Dianne Bennett,
Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Dianne joined EDS in 2001 as Sales and Marketing Manager to help develop the sales department and create a marketing and advertising program as well as act as liaison to major customers and special events. Dianne is the main point of contact for all municipal and large customer contracts. She is also responsible for community relations and organizations, special event coordination and education as well as assisting with Customer Service training and compliance.

Kelli Gardner,
HR Administrator

Kelli joined EDS in 2008 as the HR Administrator. As a PHR certified human resources administrator, Kelli is responsible for employee relations, payroll, and benefit administration for the company. Kelli also takes an active role in all of our community relations activities.

Rhonda Eschrich,
Special Projects Manager

Rhonda joined EDS in 2008 bringing with her 20 years of experience in the waste industry where she served as a dispatcher for residential, commercial and roll-off services at Waste Management, Inc. Rhonda worked at Allied Waste (now Republic Waste) where she was the Office Manager for two landfills. She is highly experienced in the disposal side of the waste industry and brings exceptional customer service skills to her positions.

Anna Olson,
Finance Manager

Anna joined EDS in 2008 as the Finance Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in large corporate finance and accounting. She oversees the daily financial operations, budgeting, accounts payable and accounts receivable. As well, she reviews all new project plans for financial stability and is responsible for running all statistical analysis, cost and benefit analysis, and future projections of growth for the facility.
